Will I really have the time for the benefit of stay and the destination?
Of course, you will have maximum 1 consultation of 2 hours per day, so you will be able to benefit beaches, tourist, cultural and sports activities. One of our assistant will advice you on the available attractions in Tenerife.
Approximately how much will my accommodation and flight cost?
The answer depends on the departure of the airport. To give you an example from London Luton to Tenerife South, the return flight is roughly £90. For your accommodation, the most cost effective price we can offer is 29€ per night for the rent of an apartment for 2-3 person. How long do I have to stay in Tenerife, Canary Islands?
Usually one week. Some treatments may require more time, in this case the patient is recommended to stay for about 10 days.
You can pay by cash or using any major credit or debit card, or by bank transfer, however kindly note the payment has to be done in EUROS.

What medical liability insurance do the dental clinic carries?
The clinic and all of our dentists carry the necessary and comprehensive liability insurance for membership of the Tenerife Chamber of Dentists.
Do the dentists and their team speak English?
Our dentists, the dental team and our driver who will pick you up at the airport speak perfectly English. We are confident that the language will not cause any problems or misunderstandings. All speak several languages, including English, French, German and Spanish.
Pourquoi choisir la mise en charge immï¿½diate des implants?
Qu’est-ce que la « Mise en charge immédiate »?
La technique d’implantologie dite « en 1 temps chirurgical » ou « mise en charge immédiate » permet de mettre en place l’implant, la vis de cicatrisation, le pilier prothétique ainsi que la prothèse provisoire fixe le même jour ou jusqu’à 72 heures plus tard. Il n’y a donc plus qu’une seule opération chirurgicale.
Cette nouvelle technologie apparue il y a une vingtaine d’années a été longuement testée et s’est avérée très concluante.
La « mise en charge immédiate » est aujourd’hui parfaitement maîtrisée et est même devenue un protocole standard.
Cette procédure consiste à réaliser la chirurgie implantaire en 1 temps chirurgical, contrairement à 2 avec la mise en charge conventionnelle.
Au cours de la même chirurgie, le dentiste procédera à :
1. La pose de l’implant
2. La pose du pilier Prothétique (aussi appelé faux moignon)
3. La mise en place de la prothèse provisoire
Ainsi, le chirurgien dentiste pose les implants et le patient reçoit le même jour ou jusqu’à 72 heures plus tard les prothèses provisoires fixes (couronne, bridge ou appareil transvissé).

Can I have any refund from national or private insurance?
It's important to note that your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) does not cover going abroad for planned treatment. First, you should discuss your plans with your doctor before you make any travel or medical arrangements. When do I have to pay my dental bill?
The cost of the dental treatment shall be paid directly to the dental clinic in Tenerife. You always pay for the treatment which already has been carried out, meaning if you require more than one visit you will always pay only for that particular treatment which has been carried out during that particular visit. You can pay in cash or using any major credit or debit card.
What happens if a problem appears once I?m back in my country? What are your guarantee policies?
In case there is a problem once you are back in your country, and in the frame of guarantees linked to the treatments, the clinic will take in charge the dental and flight and accommodation costs up to a certain amount.
