Step 1 : Free Quote And Treatment Plan

Once you decide to get a dental treatment abroad, make sure to ask for a Personal and comprehensive quote.

In order to get a treatment plan proposal without any commitment or hidden charge, you have to fill in the Enquiry Form and send us a Panoramic X-Ray of your mouth.

Panoramic dental X-ray examinations provide valuable information that our dentist could not collect otherwise. With the help of radiographs our dentist can look at what is happening beneath the visible oral tissues.

 

Your personal and medical information are very important for the dental surgeon to be able to establish the best treatment for you. All this information will stay strictly confidential.

 

If you do not have any digital X-Ray of your teeth, don’t worry ! We can help you to find an X-ray center where some digital images of your teeth will be taken.

 

Step 2 – First contact

Once we get your enquiry, we will contact you in order to know you and evaluate your needs, identify your motivations and answer all your questions.

 

Then your file will be transmitted to our partner dental clinic in Tenerife for a Quote.

 

As soon as the dental surgeon who will be in charge of your request will have diagnosed and agreed to treat you, we’ll send you your personalized treatment plan, with your detailed quotation.

 

Step 3 – Booking

Let us know your decision, and we will be glad to book your appointment.
Let us know your preferred date of travel and we will connect you with the surgery and book your dental visit.
We can also book your accommodation at your convenience without any charge or hidden payment.
Before your arrival, we’ll send your log-book including the detailed planning of your doctor’s appointments as well as a tourist guide about Tenerife.

 

Step 4 – Your Arrival

As soon as you land in Reina Sofia Airport in Tenerife, you will be welcome by your SMILE PARTNER assistant. She’ll take care of all your transferts from airport to hotel and clinic.

 

Step 5 - Stay In Tenerife

The next morning, your SMILE PARTNER assistant will meet you at your hotel and take you to the dental surgery where you’ll be introduced to your dentist and the team. She will be with you for all your medical appointments.

Since it’s highly important that trustful relationships between patient and dentist are established, your dentist will answer all your questions before starting the treatment. With respect to deontology rules, he’ll agree to give you clear information and to warn you about the risks linked to the treatment.

With your agreement, the treatment will start.

 

Step 6 – Back Home

On the day of your departure, your SMILE PARTNER assistant takes you to the airport.
In order to check and raise the quality level of our services and the ones of our partners, we’ll send you a satisfaction form.
